Scott Cameron | Wes Falkenborg | Steve Pelton 
Scott Cameron Scott Cameron, principal, Scott Cameron Consulting and Bent Nose LLC Building & Development, Associate Broker-The Cameron Group, draws upon twenty years of industry experience to provide market research in addition to a full range of sales and marketing consultation services for private land owners/developers/builders in the following areas; new construction (single and multi family), master planned communities and raw land/entitled project sales and acquisitions. Cameron holds a degree in marketing from the University of Notre Dame and has completed all four IRM courses. Cameron is the current President of the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club.
Wes Falkenborg With his primary focus in land acquisition and development, Wes has extensive knowledge of each step in the land entitlement and development process. Wes is a member of the land and new construction sales team with The Cameron Group. His primary role is sourcing new land opportunities for area builders and developers as well as new construction sales. In addition to being a member of the land sales team, Wes is a Project Manager for Bent Nose Building & Development and Scott Cameron Consulting where he has gained experience working in all aspects of the land acquisition, entitlement and development process. Wes graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Management Information Systems. Raised on the eastside, Wes maintains a strong knowledge of the local land acquisition, development and new construction activities in the area.
Steve Pelton Steve comes to The Cameron Group with a broad background in sales, engineering, project management, and real estate development. He has engineering degrees from Gonzaga University and Purdue and enjoys applying his analytical skills to real estate development projects of all kinds. Steve is a Pacific Northwest native, resides with his family in Sammamish, and is a Sammamish Parks Commissioner. Other interests include mountain biking, church stewardship, and coaching sports for his kids. |
